About the Role We are seeking a passionate Health, Safety and Environment Graduate, on a full-time basis for a maximum term 12 month contract. You will play a key role in supporting the effective administration and maintenance of QHSE systems and documentation across the business. - Support the QHSE function in site and system QHSE Audits, Workplace Assessments and Site
- Support and manage administration of the companies’ QHSE Management Systems
- Provide administration support and record management of incident reports and investigations, as required
- Maintain QHSE documentation process including hazard and non- conformance notices, incident reports
- Maintain the integrity of QHSE data and records
- Administer and distribute Corrective Actions arising from audits and support the close out
- Maintain the Legal Register & ensure accurate communication of updates of legal requirements
- Comply with all Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Policies and procedures relating to the companies’ operations
- Be a role model by demonstrating behaviour that is consistent with the QHSE Management System and continually model this behaviour to other Sarah employees, clients, subcontractors and external stakeholders to the business
About you To be successful in this role, you will be driven, flexible, enthusiastic and possess the following qualifications and desirable experience; - Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, WHS, or similar.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to deal appropriately with sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
