Sarah Constructions has been a proud South Australian owned and operated building contractor and construction management organisation for over 56 years. We have been and continue to be involved in the completion of numerous iconic and high profile projects and are passionate about every job we complete – whether it be full construction, extensions, refurbishments or fit-outs and facility upgrades. Due to continued growth within our business, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator. As a successful applicant, you will be responsible for technical delivery of projects and supporting project teams. You will also be managing and resolving the detail design for the project, manage subcontractors and service supplies to deliver a successful construction project.

 

Roles and Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator will include:

  • Design management and coordination
  • Client coordination and liaison
  • Tendering
  • Budget Estimate and reporting
  • Site Establishment and planning
  • Quality Control
  • Construction coordination and management

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be driven, flexible and passionate. You will possess the following qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Project coordination and tendering or project management experience
  • Previous experience in design coordination
  • Strong negotiating skills to implement contracts with sub-contractors and suppliers to satisfy budgets, quality, safety and time requirements
  • Proven industry experience on commercial building projects
  • Multi-storey building experience will be highly valued
