The successful applicant will manage and assist with the delivery of all types of construction projects in accordance with Sarah policies, procedures and core values. Your position will give you exposure to site, program, logistics and subcontractor management, and ensure a safe place of work for our employees, sub-contractors and the general public. We are committed to building a strong team for the future and you will be vital to achieving our vision. Our dedicated development program will provide you with support and guidance as well exceptional internal and external training to allow you to develop your skills as a Site Supervisor in the Commercial Construction Industry.

With exceptional communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills you have a fantastic ability to build effective working relationships and influence others. You will possess the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Previous exposure to the building and construction industry
- Demonstrated understanding of the purpose of a construction program
- Previous experience as a Leading Hand or supervising trades
- Previous experience working within a team environment
- Strong understanding of QHSE Policies and procedures
- Current SA driver’s licence
If you have completed an Apprenticeship in trade and/or undertaking external training or trade course then we would love to hear from you.
