We employ almost 200 South Australians and pride ourselves on the investment we make in our people. As a result, we have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join our Human Resources team.

 

About the role

 

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will work closely with project teams and management to drive both operational and strategic outcomes.

 

As a key member of the Human Resources team, you will:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment and induction delivery with a focus on branding and enhancing the employee experience
  • Provide advice and support on Employee Relations matters
  • Provide advice, training and coaching on Industrial Relations matters including freedom of association, right of entry, sham contracting etc.
  • Contribute to the effective management of Learning & Development initiatives and programs
  • Support the design and implementation of key Human Resources initiatives

About You

 

A true generalist, the successful candidate will be a flexible, adaptable and customer-focused professional who wants to make a meaningful impact on a fantastic organisation. The successful candidate will have:

  • 5 years + experience in a HR Generalist role
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Good judgement and decision making skills
  • Proven track record in managing Industrial and Employee Relations matters
  • Excellent analytical skills and proven ability to use data to implement HR initiatives
  • Previous experience designing and delivering targeted learning and development programs within an organisation
  • Ability to plan and deliver projects within specified time frame
  • Formal tertiary HR qualifications - relevant degree and appropriate professional development
