The Opportunity


Due to our rapid growth and the changing needs of our group,  we currently have an opportunity to join our team and take ownership of our financial systems across the Group, ensuring that they are successfully aligned with operational requirements, integrate with other business systems and processes. This role will also be responsible for continually enhancing processes enabled by our ERP system in consultation with key stakeholders. Reporting to the Group Risk & Improvement Manager, key responsibilities of the role will include;

  • Build knowledge sufficiently to be a System Expert
  • Raise issues and risks, assists with resolution
  • Provide on-going support and education for end users
  • Work with stakeholders and users to define requirements for further automation and efficiencies, and how the ERP solution can be enhanced
  • Manage the delivery of ERP enhancements including planning, design, testing and training
  • Assist with change analysis, organisational change management and communications
  • Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights for the organisation
  • Engage in ongoing learning to ensure optimal use of the new ERP system and maximum return on investment


The Right Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will be passionate, professional and possess the following qualifications and experience and be able to demonstrate these specific skills within the workplace:

  • Ideally you'll have a project delivery and operational background
  • A strong understanding of the construction industry and Jobpac, CHEOPS or comparable construction software or alternatively, a tier 1 system such as SAP
  • Strong financial, analytical and business skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to educate and influence
  • Ability to work autonomously
